in silico toxicology gmbh

in silico toxicology is a research oriented company focussing on the development of open source predictive toxicology software and services. We are specialized in developing and applying advanced data mining algorithms for complex chemical and biological data.

lazar is our free webservice for toxicity predictions. Other developments had to be abandoned due to the lack of funding for maintenance and development.

Webservices

lazar

lazar (Lazy Structure- Activity Relationships) makes toxicity predictions for chemical structures. It uses an automated and reproducible read across algorithm and shows rationales for predictions, applicability domain estimations and validation results in a clear graphical interface. Batch predictions are available on request.

nano-lazar

nano-lazar is a proof-of-concept application for read-across predictions of nanoparticle toxicities. The application was developed for the eNanoMapper project, and will not be maintained.

PubChem read across

PubChem read across predicts potential gene/protein targets of chemical structures. This is a quick prototype, that will not be maintained.
